Everyone loves an ice-cold classic Mule in the heat of summer. Add a little something more to your favorite copper mug for your next happy hour. Our Ponce's Pale Ale adds an extra refreshing twist to the traditional ginger beer mule we all know and love.
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz ginger-honey syrup*
1/2 oz lime juice
3 oz Ponce's Pale Ale
Combine all ingredients in a Moscow Mule mug and fill with crushed ice.
*To make ginger-honey syrup, combine equal parts (by volume) rough-chopped ginger, boiling water, and honey in a blender. Purée ingredients until mixture is smooth, then strain through a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
