Our version of the classic "Dark & Stormy" cocktail is tainted with our Anastasia Island Style IPA. The earthy pine and tropical grapefruit notes of our core brew lend wonders to the ginger beer, rum, and lime mixture. Travel to the islands with every sip - exactly what you need when the weather starts to cool down.
Ingredients
12 oz. Ginger beer, chilled
12 oz. Our Anastasia Island Style IPA, chilled
3 oz. Dark rum of your choice
Juice from half a peach
Peach slices
Ice
Directions
Prepare two highball glasses and place 3 to 4 ice cubes in each. Pour the ginger beer equally between both glasses. Pour our Anastasia Island Style IPA next, dividing it equally between each glass. Then, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour 1.5 oz. of the rum and half of the lime juice and shake four to five times. Strain over one of the glasses and stir. Garnish with lime.
