This refreshing and citrus-forward recipe reinvents traditional steamed clams in every way. Using our own Anastasia Island Style IPA, you're sure to taste a bit of the sunshine state with this dish. Ingredients
2 lbs. Manila clams or little neck clams
2 tablespoons unsalted, melted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
7 oz Anastasia Island Style IPA
ground black pepper
Lemon slices
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Directions
Set up a skillet with your melted butter, add the garlic, and saute over medium heat until aromatic or light brown in color. Add in the clams and stir a few times before adding the Anastasia Island Style IPA. Add pepper, lemon, and parsley. Stir to combine well.
Cover the skillet lid and steam on high heat for 2-3 minutes, or until all the clams open up. Serve immediately.
