3 tbsp butter
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup Augustine's Orange Amber Ale
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
In a large cast-iron skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat.
Add garlic; cook and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in Augustine's Orange Amber Ale, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings; bring to a boil.
Add shrimp & cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over some grits!
