Galleon's "Cocky Rooster" Beertail

Take your cold beer to the next level with our Galleon's Golden Ale and a little bit of Sriracha spice! The Bloody Mary can't be your only savory drink of choice. This Asian-inspired cocktail will have your tastebuds "crowing" for more😉

Ingredients:

• 1 lime wedge

• Salt

• 1 oz lime juice

• 2-3 squeezes of Sriracha

• 3 dashes of Maggi sauce

• 2 jalapeño slices for garnish

• 12 oz Galleon's Golden Ale

Directions:

1. Rim a pint glass with the lime wedge and dip the glass into a small plate of salt to coat the rim. Add the lime juice, Sriracha, and Maggi sauce to the glass and stir. Pour in your Galleon's Golden Ale. Add in ice cubes and jalapeño to garnish.
