Pale Ale Honey Cider

There's no better way to celebrate Autumn than with an elevated apple cider featuring Ponce's Pale Ale. The light citrus notes complement the apple and honey flavors for a refreshing take on a traditional cocktail. Pair this delicious drink with all of your fall festivities.

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles Ponce's Pale Ale

  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 3 cups seltzer water, chilled

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Combine cider and honey in a small saucepan over medium-high and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup, stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove pan from heat and let cool to room temperature. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Place the cider mixture in a large pitcher. Add seltzer, lemon juice, and Ponce's Pale Ale to the pitcher then stir in half of the apple slices. Serve over ice and garnish with remaining apple slices.
